College and Houses
Second weekend at college. We only had two weeks in between this time round and trying to move and study was not easy.
But I am learning about buying houses and how to start proceedings in court which can only be useful in the future!
The conveyancing is certainly interesting. I understand why solicitors cost so much when it comes to house buying. I never knew that had to do so much!!
All I need to do now is learn about the renting market and then look at a buy to rent place!
Pocket Monster wants to get a place to do up at some point. Sounds like a plan to me. I'd quite like to get a place and rent out half while we live in the other. That way we can earn enough money to pay the mortgage and save.
That's the plan anyway. I think I am going to be the last person I know to buy a place. Everyone else seems to have done it already.
