Making Use of a Half Day
I had a half day left over from last year to use up before the end of March and as Matt was over it was a perfect opportunity to ensure it wasn't wasted.
So an early-ish start for a day off (8pm) we headed to The Arsenal Cafe for breakfast (got to love a fry up first thing) and then got the bus to Greenwich.
We headed up to The Royal Observatory and wandered around. They have some similar technology as the British Music Experience in order to allow visitors to interact with the exhibitions. I also got to read loads about Supermassive Black Holes. Shame they didn't have the Muse song accompanying it.
Eventually we headed back down into the town to warm up in Starbucks with a coffee.
Definitely the best use of a half day and I made it to the office in good time too.
