Just a quick update on my progress in physio.


I am now half way through the back classes I have been attending at the hospital. The first week I sat on a balance ball and couldn't lift my right leg off the ground and my toes felt like miles away when I tried to touch them. But three weeks later and I can lift my right leg of the ground, balance on most of the balance boards, some even on one leg and I can touch my toes.


I am really pleased with the progress I have made and I have even been able to start my running training again and not had any back pain repercussions after either. I am looking forward to training properly as the BUPA 10000 is only 10 weeks away. That may seem like a long time but when you haven't done any running for 2 months its very close.
