French Toast Cupcakes

We had a charity bake sale at work back on the 17th February (where is the time going!!). I used it as an opportunity to make some cakes and use another cookbook from my collection to knock another one off the list for New Year Aim #3.

I made two batches from the Eat Me!: The Stupendous, Self-Raising World of Cupcakes and Bakes According to Cookie Girl. First Up French Toast Cupcakes:
